Fattoria Italia was founded in 1983 in a small workshop of artisan bakery in Reggio Emilia, in the heart of Italian food valley. Over time Fattoria Italia expanded its activities specializing in the production of delicious savory pies, typical of Emilian gastronomic culture and in particular from Reggio Emilia. Already in 2011, Fattoria Italia was recognized by the market as one of the most important Italian companies for the production of high-quality gastronomic specialty frozen foods.
Through the most careful selection of raw materials, strict production methods, traditional recipes and advanced technologies, Fattoria Italia now offers artisanal cuisine, made with passion and rigor with respect for culture and tradition of the territory. The company operates in certified environment UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 and is looking forward to the BRC certification.
Fattoria Italia produces the typical and well-known Erbazzone Reggiano, made according to an ancient original recipe of the local tradition, and many other products in soft and subtle threshold pasta or fragrant handmade pasta brisè: savory pies, savory and sweets snacks (snacks, pizza and Rustichini). The company continues its journey into the tradition, offering also pizza bases and the classic “gnocco fritto”.
