Fattoria Italia produces traditional Italian specialties, particularly from Emilia Romagna and Reggio Emilia, made according to original recipes of the territory. With the experience gained over the years, the quality department of the company rigorously selects, through extensive laboratory testing, all the raw materials: the different varieties of flour, vegetables, cold cuts, dairy products such as Parmigiano Reggiano DOP and all the other ingredients. The aim is to select only high-quality ingredients to maintain unchanged the taste of the real tradition, with the utmost care and attention to all the nutritional and health aspects of the components. The production processes, entrusted to pastry and bakery professionists, respect the original recipes: the puff pastry dough is prepared by hand and left to stand 24 hours, for a unique taste and fragrance; the fillings are cooked slowly and thoroughly mixed; slicing, mixing and forming processes are still manual. After all production stages, the impressive freezing facility brings the finished product at -18 ° for maximum food safety.
